Here's how it works

If you are interested in selling any of your items, please select the appropriate quote. If your desire is to sell one of your items of jewelry, simply select Jewelry Quote. Or, if your wish is to sell a diamond, simply fill in the Diamond Quote. After you fill in your quote you have the option to request free shipping materials. Once we have all of your information, we will call you to discuss the item. Based on the information you originally submitted online and we collected in our original phone conversation we will give you a range of prices on your item. We understand the sentimental value in handling your transaction and want this to go as smooth as possible.

Shortly after your quote is submitted and the prices are approved we will send you the free shipping materials free of charge. You will need to insure your package of its contents. We prefer to ship U.S. Registered Mail. Any costs out of pocket will be reimbursed to you upon the completion of purchasing your item. All of your jewelry is insured through Jewelers Mutual from the moment we receive your package.

Upon receipt of your package we will review its contents with you over the phone and call you with a final purchase price. Your treasures are in safe hands and we treat each and every item with the utmost respect.
